it's wider, pulls back farther and is taller... you'll more than likely need longer cables or creative routing.

Go here to find stock demensions of the GS's bars.

Friend has a  GS750 with those bars...they're really wide but they pull back too far for my taste.  I'll stick with MX bars.

I just want to say the Daytona style Bikemaster bars are $16.14 at xtremerevolution.com.

http://www.xtremerevolution.com/Store/showproduct.aspx?siteid=2&productid=3589

The measurements are slightly different, but probably not $70 worth.

I am kinda liking those clubman bars, seems kinda close to having clip-ons. Has anyone tried that bar yet? The superbike bars are looking good too?

I put clubman bars on my project bike.  I didn't really like it.  It's more forward and lower than clipons.  I'll send you mine for cheap if you want to try it.

solosociety

i thought about the clubmans but i am trying to get away from leaning that far down. the drag bars i have now i find myself putting to much wieght on my arms so i wanted to get something where the wieght was more centard than forward

How about $8.50 (half price) plus shipping?  I'll try to figure out what shipping is.

As a bonus, it's already got the holes drilled to locate the controls.

solosociety

to tell you the truth the holes dont really matter cause the little prongs on the controls kinda broke off. but let me know what shipping is. oklahoma mike if you can come up with the money before i can then by all means get em man

Think I am going to try the superbike bars, I want to get alittle more forward on the bike but not too much. I saw some clubman bars on a GPZ550 at the local bike shop, looked alittle too 1970s for me. Would like to see them on a GS F model before I totally write them off though, anyone have pics?
