GS Sighting Thread

You: Military orange vest, matte black helmet.  GS500F lane-splitting on south-bound 805 today around 6:30.  Fairings were destickered, had blue tail.  Looked quite stock.

Me:  Black '00 naked GS500E.  Black leathers (some gray on jacket), dragon-themed helmet with mirror shield.

Right after I had my wreck, one of the campus cops got an gs500.  I was driving my mom's car and looked in the rearview and there was a GS, I freaked out

some chi-ca goes by the house everyday on here gs.  she looks in a waves if i am in the yard.  no idea who it is.   i saw a gs with Quebec plates in kennebunkport last weekend and this is it for sightings for me.

I never saw another GS locally or on the streets.The only other ones I've seen is dgyver's,rangerbrowns,and crucialval.In that order too.

I've seen a few here in Tampa. There's a fella that commutes I guess east and west across 301. I've seen him a few times.

Caught up to a guy on a kz1000 (198something) with no tail/brake light and gave him a heads up. His ignition switch was iffy and slapped it around until the rear was illuminated again. Cool cat.

I see a gs on almost every road trip we make. Of course, I'm looking out for them.

was on vacation last week in sandusky,oh and my sister in law thought she saw me on my bike then realized my bike was 600 miles away.  locally the i haven't seen any.  the closest was a gs550 i seen at work the other day.

I've seen a blue/white 05 and a gray/black 07 around town, and someone just picked up a blue 05 that was sitting at the dealership.

I see one somewhat decent-looking 2000 every now and then on campus.

Of course, it's Sanjay's so it doesn't count.

I saw one riding through town the other day. It was very dirty and needed some help. the guy riding didn't seem to be very experianced.

Most the ones I see are in my area are from here.

Anyway, I see one parked at the Palo Alto Caltrain station everyday. Black, pre-01.  And I saw a blue F model in downtown Palo Alto.

I see a blue F, and a yellow F, going north on 237 between Milpitas and Sunnyvale, on the occational after 5 commute.

I've seen a few around the bay area (and one parked in Santa Cruz once). I get so excited when I see a Baby G....and probably look a little crazy waving madly from my SVS or cage...

I saw a blue 06 F for sale going across ave fifteen on my way to work everyday for like 2 weeks....then it was gone...i guess sombody bought it....the newer one with the fairing really blends in with the gixxers so I have a hard time spotting em.... I do see an occasional older E model around fresno from time to time....I distinctly remember this one that always used to be parked in the apt. complex behind university liquor across from fresno state, it was that aqua color....of course that was a long time ago, but if that was sombody on here you might remember me as the guy who used to ride across that field from the arbor apts on my xl600 and do a wheelie up the sidewalk past your apt complex on my way to the liquor store 1 or 2  times a day.....gosh I was kind of a punk when I was younger  well anyway, If anybody is in fresno, madera, and occasionally eureka ,arcata, or huntington beach and you see : flat black old gs with bald a$$ tires and probably a multitude of items strapped to the poor workhorse being flogged madly by a little 5-8 135lb white boy in a well-worn black leather jacket and a black shoei helmet....well, thats probably me

Saw a '90 black/white wheels/red trim GS500E today in Pacific Beach area of San Diego.  You sort of nodded at me on my all-black/silver '00 E as you went north on Fanuel St.


Had a V&H exhaust.

I saw a guy on a Blue/White '06 near the QT station by my house in the Northwest Valley. I wish I could track him down because I've seen him out and about quite a bit and I KNOW he lives right down the street from me... I just don't know where. I want to introduce him to this website/forum.
