if it starts but it takes  awhile for it to kick over its probably a dead battery..
If it doesnt want to turn over but you can get it to start by pushing it and then popping the clutch.  its a dead battery..
If it starts but takes awhile then back fires a little bit  there might be gas in the tank like previously mentioned.
