:thumb:I recently was made an offer I couldn't refuse on my 96 Tbird, got the hankering for another bike, but wanted one my wife could eventually ride, and like the naked bike look so I nabbed a 93 GS. I took it out this morning for my first long ride, and I am very impressed; not quite as smooth and powerfull as the 900, but much more agile in the twistys. I didn't throw her around too much, as she is wearing the Kenda and Cheng-shin tires she came with until my new Avon Roadriders arrive next week, but overall  I was very pleased. As a relative newcomer to riding, this bike is just what the Dr ordered, though I'm still lusting over the new Triumph street triple...

Congrats on finding another bike that makes you happy.  :thumb:

The number of people lusting after Speed and Street Triples should make folks at those factories feel guilty when they get home to their wives/husbands.

They are hawt.

of course, we usually require proof of another happy gs owner. say, a .jpg of said owner with a happy dog / cat / bat / something posing next to the machine ?

Cool roads man, enjoy the fun.

I modified the original post to include a photo from Sunday's ride... I have 5 dogs, and they would all be jealous of the others if I didn't include them in the picture. BTW, I love the new Fulmer helmet, as it's one of the few full face helmets you can wear with glasses. It is also much quieter than my previous Nolan and HJC....

COol bike man. What's that bit up front ? Looks like a screen, then looks like a HL+screen replacement.

At first glance the big SUZUKI on the rear makes me say 'dirtbike'.  :thumb:

Enjoy the ride!

It's a f-16 fairing, bolts onto the headlight bolts... actually I'm considering taking it off and getting a taller one, as it seems to direct the airflow to the chin of my helmet, making me feel like a bobble head at freeway speeds. I should be receiving my Roadriders tomorrow, can't wait to get them mounted. Anyone have experirence mounting tires on the GS? I plan on tacking it myself, try to save myself $100-150. This is a great bike, I couldn't be happier so far.
