2007 675 - 4800 miles.  I'm friends with srinath, niceguysfinishlast, tarzanboy, and all can vouch for my absolute extreme obsessive compulsiveness as far as maintenance and pretty much anything else..  Annoying to my SO, great for anyone buying a bike from me.

Broken in 'correctly' (per the manual..) riding on/off throttle fairly hard for the first 500 or so miles but nowhere near redline or even above 10k with NO extended steady throttle.  It uses absolutely NO oil like many improperly broken-in 675s. (long story but basically the sticker on the tank is wrong and causes the piston rings to not seat correctly.)

Oil changed at 100 and 300 with Triumph's 'break-in' oil (Mobil1 10w40 semi synthetic) then at 500, 2000, 4000, with Triumph's 'special-fill' Mobil1 full syn and Triumph filter at every change.  I took off the stock dragon supercorsa's (basically a race tire) at ~10 miles and put on pilot power 2ct's.

I've added a Triumph gel seat ($120), seat cowl ($245), CF tank pad ($70), GSG sliders - They are 'no cut' but have a bracket with two mounting points.  Other people have crash-proven these things and they won't break. ($165), Triumph luggage which is absolutely amazing.  Fits a ton of stuff and looks good - I also added paintguard removable film to the tailsection so the bags don't touch the paint. ($190), The most important 'mod' is helibars.  The stock bars are absolutely horribly uncomfortable.  These don't 'look' like they're any higher, but I've gone 6-7 hour rides with no comfort issues when combined with the gel seat. ($270).  I've also added T3-racing case covers (full 3 piece set) ($140)  These are all internet prices, dealer is even higher.

The bike is about 3 months old and thus has 21 months remaining on it's Triumph warranty.

Most of the people on the triumph675.net boards are asking and getting around $8000 for 07's with 5k miles.  None are nearly as meticulously maintained as mine nor have nearly as many extras.

I'd like to get $8300.  A new 07 will cost you over $10k around here.  If you're willing to drive to Chattanooga Triumph they'll sell you one for $9k OTD and you then have to pay your local tax (~7% or whatever).  That doesn't account for the over $1000 in accessories you could sell.

Title in hand.  I'll take some better pictures today.  The absolute only thing this  bike needs will be a new set of tires in about 1000 miles.  The front is one of the 'recalled' 2ct's.  They are fine for normal highway use, but Michelin recommends not going over 120.  Not a problem for me, and they'll replace it for free.  I was going to wait until it really needed replacing before doing so.  I had a problem with it 'stuttering' right at 4k rpms that was fixed by Atlanta Triumph Ducati by sync'ing the throttle bodies.  I have no problem with any dealer inspecting it as long as you pay for it.  I recommend valucycles (run by our local "Bloke" from blokessportbike.com) whom will inspect bikes at no cost.  I'll take some better pics today.

Just FYI - this is a good 'step up' from a GS.  It's a triple and delivers it's power in a very manageable fashion..  No need to get up to high rpm's..

I also don't mind delivering it if you pay for my gas...

The street triple is nice... although keep in mind the suspension and brakes are not as good...     :thumb:

Duuude ... you gotta buy a GS of approximately the same CC ... you can give up no more than 25 CC and it has to be a GS.
So happens I have one of those ... soon. Maybe later this week ...  :cookoo: ...
Yes ... blame the srinath ...
Cool.
