to my fellow GStwins members:
i have noticed a great many things lately. lots of things that i don't agree with. people not respecting others on here(name calling etc), people being banned for odd reasons etc. lots of dumb arguments. now i've always felt that if you are not part of the solution that you're part of the problem. i've been thinking long and hard bout this. i don't really think i'm much of a contributor to this forum. it apparantly is to be an informational site about bikes. however i have no bike and only 8 hours safety course for riding experience. this doesn't give me any useful knowledge to pass on. alot of debating has been going on lately. that's something i love to do. debate. so in a sense i feel by debating with folks on here i'm just fanning the proverbial flames so to speak. i appreciate the wisdom and useful comments i have found here. so i guess until i'm able to be a useful part of this forum maybe it's best i'm gone. one less person round here posting useless questions that have been answered dozens of times or posting comments on "controversial" subjects or just plain dumb posts. ride safe. have fun. thanks to all.

Just becaue you don't have a bike means you have to leave, there's a lot of info here you can learn without haveing a bike.  NGFL was a member for 2 years before he got his GS .  But if your leaving because of the current state of the board than thats a differnt stoy.

Yeah I can understand that.  Good luck, hope you get a bike soon, even if it's not a GS

Dude, don't leave. I know I've been a real @$$hole lately, and it's pissing people off, but I'd hate to think you're leaving because of me. I'm not trying to make people leave, I'm trying to reform some things around here, or at least get some reasonable explanations, instead of a constant stream of "STFU, we say it's like that, so it is"...

Stick around. Like Dave said, I had no bike for 2+ years while I was a member. I learned EVERYTHING about these bikes by posting/reading here. Before I had my bike, I could tell you more about these bikes than the average dealer can.

Seriously, stay.

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.
