If you want 40 pilots,  I believe the part number is N151.067. I have 2 left over from my pack of 4 (non-bleeder) that I'll sell for a few bucks or whatever the cost me.

OK.  I think I paid $15 (?) for 4.  So 8 bucks oughta cover the parts plus postage.  Let me double check when I get home and I'll p-mail you the details.

As far as the resuts... HUGE difference.  Most say new springs should be the first mod, but having done both, I think rejet should be right up there, or at least a close second on the US bikes.  Throttle response was crap before and the huge flat spot in the rpms around 3500-5000 or whatever is gone.  It's like the bike was broken before.  I used 125 mains.

I did take me a little while to sort out the mixture... but I think I finally got it pretty good.  I started at 3 turns out as most suggest and continued out from there, but couldn't get the idle right and it seemed to be lean.  After a lot of fiddling and some serious use of the SEARCH button, I tried turning the screw in, and now I'm around 2-2.5 turns out and so far, so good.  I think it was KevinC's method that I used (thanks!) to adjust the mixture.

I balanced the carbs while I was at it to make sure that wasn't throwing me off. (actually had a question about that... will probably post on that later)  Not sure how that was affecting things, but they were definately out of sync.
