GS500 Jet kit - Good or Bad

I was just checking ebay for some GS things and i came across this jet kit. I went ahead and bought it...what is 40$ if it turns out to be bad then well..it is bad. BUt i just wanted other peoples opinions on this supposed kit or what...any experience etc.?

It doesn't specify exactly what its giving you. Therefore it wont be optimised for all bike setups. I assume it is designed for a stock 2001+ GS500 or GS500F

My bike is a 2007 GS500F i have the Jardine RT-1 full exhaust and i will be getting the pod K&n's soon (confussed about it though) since the manual says there is only one filtre but people say there are two? Anyways, i have alreayd noticed a huge gain in torque from my exhaust ( i can almost lift the front end shifting from first - second) so yah...that is my bike, ive read up on wiki and searched the forms etc. But still a little confussed about the jet kits...so i saw this one and grabbed it, it seemed liek the easiest way to go...anyways any help would greatly be appriciated.

If you check the Wiki , The Pods Are 2 , as there to two outlets on the carbs . the lunchbox connects both . and the stock airbox is a single drop in filter , but the airbox conects to both outlets

SO if i went out and bought that kit online i think those are only main jets. So i might need to follow the poor mans jet way at wiki? anyways...will there be a huge problem if i don;t do all jets?

If that kit is only 2 jets and 2 shims, they should be shot for marketing it as a jet kit.
at the bare minimum it should have the shims and new jets for you pilot, mid-main, and main circuits.
Galahs suggestion sounds like a good starting point and you can get jets from your local Suz dealer for about 2.50 a piece.
When that kit arrives tell us what is included, the jet size should be etched on either the head or side of each jet.
