Finally, i used a key

for the first time since i bought the bike, today i started it with a key. the po had lost his keys so he cut all the ignition wires and twisted them together wit a little bit of tape, and used a battery cut off switch to turn it on and off, which looks mildly suspicious when starting it anywhere with people around. slowly but  surely im fixing all the abuse done to this poor twin.

ya, LEO's usually spot that right off. mine had an alligator clip on it the first 3,000 miles or so. after more than one instance of 'hey, whats your name partner?' i fixed it and never had a leo look twice.
