this guy mastered wheelies on GS500 quite well.
he is still young and don't drive on the street but he is doing well on the little plant farm

The thing that is the most important aside from gear is to COVER THE REAR BRAKE!!!!!!!!! If something goes wrong it will be looping and most of the time and this can be avoided. I learned on a  600 (ninja) so I didn't need clutch but when I learned hiway wheelies I needed it and the best thing to do is to get a feel for it before standing it up by just blooping (grab and let go while reving) the clutch a lil and let it pop up a few inches then little by little hold it longer as you get a more comfortable. I feel more secure doing sitdowns but it might be a little more difficult on a 500 because I notice that I have to rev a little higher (on a 1000) when sitting. Just go easy till you get the hang of it and be safe.

Pretty sure it's not ALL stock.  Engine and pipe are stock, but did you see the size of the rear sprocket in the second vid.  Looks a little big to me, as did the rear tire.

To pull wheelies that easy i would guess hes swapped the sprokets out. The GS500 isn't capable of that with that sort of speed unless you change the sproket.

Yes. Gearing is not stock. I asked this guy and he said +7 on the rear sprocket. Front stock.
Impressive video anyways.
