The clutch lever is specific to the GS. The brake lever is fairly common among Suzuki bikes.

Sure you can use any assembly but not just the lever. I use GSXR assemblies so I am not limited to one GS option.

I have levers off a Bandit. Most Hydraulic brake, cable clutch levers for a suzuki will fit.

I just search GS500 and GS 500 on ebay.

The CLUTCH LEVER IS SPECIFIC TO THE GS500....

the brake lever off of non radial master cylinders from HON/KAW/SUZ/YAM all fit a GS

If the color is the reason you're swapping, try getting a shop to powder coat it for you. You can have it all back in black fast. And it's tough as hell.
