Why I ride, open roads

Here is beautiful hwy 33 you can see the road twisting and curving up the mountain, this is a shot from the top of the first pass.This is about 16 miles from my house still  got 60 miles to go.


Here is a shot farther up the 33 before entering Lockwood Valley, only saw four cars all the way to Frazier Park. At this point the twisties get alittle more interesting ahead there is water and gravel yikes!

Finally made it to the Japanese Vintage Motorcycle Ralley and my bike meets it long lost cousin a GT500

Great trip, this hwy is so much fun. Everytime I go up it is different  wind, rain, gravel, animals, there is just so many different situations that keep you alert and excited. Lots of very fast riders come here you have to keep alert for people coming up from behind. Generally the road is empty of all but a few cars. I ride it almost every weekend and I am still pretty conservative but my abilities are getting better which makes it a lot more fun. Hope you all enjoyed the shots. Take care everyone

Actually a T500. 70 Model MKIII to be Exact. I will get mine Built one of these days After I get the 68 Cobra Built. Did you catch the Owner of that ones Name? It's a Possibility that I Know the Owner and the Bike.

There was so many cool bike to see, I didnt get the guys name. I was taking pictures like crazy. If you like that one you might like these two 175's. These were two of my favorites.

Here is another 500cc bike but a two stoke. Titanium parts with a magnesium cylinders.

one more how about a Norton, not Japanese but nobody cared cause it was just so cool.
