Carb cleaning class Oct 28 afternoon in central NC (W-S)

we got his carbs built with a new set of bodies.  cleaned up 
some new o-rings for the needle seat assy
sync'd on robert's bike and they should be ready for Diaz's bike

Diaz - If the thing runs like sheite cos ken "wont put 150's in it" ... you just open up and swap with 150's ...  ...

My jetting Oh no, diaz's bike is doomed. 
OK OK fine, however diaz and I were asking ourselves if he ever sent me his carbs or did he follow my formula or whatever.
Anyway, what was happening in those carbs, so many times he called me and you from the side of the road.

the original Diaz carbs had a hole broke in the side of the body where it has "Mikuni" cast on the right carb

I grabbed a set of roberts AFU spare carbs that someone tried to pull every brass piece off and built them


come to find out I didn't look them over real gud and the brass tubes that go from the bottom of the body to the choke ckt was missing on one side and broke on the other...

so we took roberts last gud spare carb bodies and built them with Diaz's pieces and jetting

Oh ... Diaz wanted me to yank out the brass tube thingy's that feed the choke a loooong time ago I think. Maybe his was one of those JB weld dealios. I have seen a few of those beauties.  People will call me a lunatic if I told them 1/10 of what I see in their carbs 
Maybe that's what made me crazy and not these fumes I have in my van.

Yeah, the was running pretty bad this summer but after the...3rd...rebuild?...the bike is running like an absolute beast! And yes, Srinath; the carbs still have your jettings in them. After ridding a few miles yesterday, I believe she could be turned in/or out a 3/4 turn or so but she is alive and definetly kicking.
