first i must confess that many of the quetions i've posted here i have posted on other msg boards as well. and i will also say that i get the best responses from this board.  response time here is fairly quick. types of responses are generally helpful and or friendly. most of the time.  so i guess what i'm trying to say is ty all gstwins members for making me feel welcome even though it's no big secret i have no bike.  Mr. Tax man, bring me my check!

The SV's down.  That sucks.  What track are you crashing at?

Yeah, the only other board I am on is Sherdog, and most of the fools on there are....fools.  Most people just argue and make fun of each other.  It's fun to mess around on, but you rarely get serious responses to questions and such, just alot of "STFU noob" and "stupid whitebelt" (its a mixed martial arts website) and stuff like that.  Luckily, I don't ask any questions there.  This board is definitely one of the best, more helpful boards around, with the exception of a couple folks here.

agreed. i joined this site in 03-04, when i bought a wrecked 97 gs, i ended up buyng 2 sets of forks, 1st set got it on the road, 2nd went with bike when i sold her  ken sold me both sets if i remember correctly. ( i cannot remember his username. but even if not gs related. most here know something about pretty much everything . another question, i wonder whatever happened to Cernunos  that feller was prolly one of the most level headed ppl we have/had here
