2006 ?? Kat 600 Shock

I am looking to upgrade the GS shock with a Kat 600 Shock, I have read the wiki , Paulo's web site etc etc and search the site, but I did not get my answers if anyone know please advise.

1) I know the Kat 600 shock 98+ fit, even someone reported the 2003 shock fits... does anyone know if the Kat 600 2006 Shock fits (it has a reservoir)
2) The additional shock reservoir, does it have to be mounted vertically only or can it be mounted horizontally ? (showing lack of knowledge on this "device")
3) has anyone done a 2006 shock transplant ?

I know very little, so don't take it to heart, BUT

(1) I don't think the katana has changed since 98

(2) This is trivial to figure out - pull up the microfiches for the kat and see the p/n is the same for the shock between 2003 and 2006. Also, the fiches will tell you if they are compatible (2003 part number will redirect to 2006). Yep.
