My beloved 96 GS500E suffered a fatal blow yesterday.  Some asshat decided to shoot up the shopping plaza where I work, and mah GS caught a couple rounds.  Now if it had been a hommie with a mac10, it would be ok.  But no, it had to be a good ole boy, all tanked up on wild turkey, cranking rounds out of a 30.06.  Engine took 4 shots. seat took one.  So angry.  So my sole means of transport is not moving.

I am looking for an engine without a crazy amount of miles, would like a newer one.. but hell, they are all pretty much the same.

I have a motor in some state of assembly,  you're in Ft. Myers, so if you want to, you could actually pick it up.  its $200 or best offer.   you could literally take the stuff you need off it, and put it on your motor, and sell the stuff you dont need on ebay.
looking for a new vehicle again.

I have an extra seat off my '90. If you need a seat replacement let me know. I also have a lower end and heads off a '90.
