very nice.   I firmly believe new riders need no more than a 500 to learn how to ride properly.  these bikes arent fast, so you gotta learn to flick it around into turns, which gets quite fun.
what year is that RR anyway?
looking for a new vehicle again.

Cool Pic Pablo ... I guess I need a CBR to get a lean like that :)

Is that the same CBR you've had since selling the GS? Race plastics? Nice looking bike.

You dont need a cbr like mine but DOT race tires help...

yes, same bike I bought new when I upgraded from the GS. Yes, I got race plastics from a neighbor for doing her a favor redesigning her kitchen. They're about a year old. I crashed them first time out a year ago so decided to paint them.
Here's what it looked like as of a few months ago. photos make it look much better than it is in person though. its all rattle can with pinstriping tape gold.

Hipocracy.... becoming more acceptable with the more power you think you have.

Dan02GS

Humm I was going to say that the carbs muck up, the the stock settings teach you to rejet, the air filter has to be changed, the chain has no master link, the front forks need progressive springs, and the rear shock is a pain in the rear to adjust with the OEM spanner. I figure all these trials is what make the GS a great bike for a beginner.:thumb: Oh yes it is fun to ride too.
Move swiftly but safely

...because I screw up sometimes, but still haven't crashed yet (4.5 years)?
