I can't stand Kay jewelers or any of their equals....

Then again....there is a LOT of money to be made in selling their particular quality....after all; Wal-Mart is the WORLDS largest seller of jewelery...And not by like a little bit....by billions of dollars...

or the assgoblins/err "clients" who bring in that well.. crap, thinkin its $$$$$$$$, when its maybe 25 cents worth ( quality), i had one woman, who got pissed, cause i wouldnt work on a ring, i told her youre prolly lookin close to 200 for a sizing, ( channel set diamons, and one center stone. under a microscope. you could barely see the prongs. or any securing of the stones. last time i worked on one of these, the damned ultrasonic, removed all but 2 stones

I worked for Sterling Jewlers (Kay, Jared, JB Robinson, etc.) for 4 years during college.  They actually are quite good with the customer, they take hits they definitely shouldn't.
