The QPS has kindly put up a page which shows the roads they place speed cameras on - and - the zones along those roads where they set up.

http://www.police.qld.gov.au/apps/speedcamerazones

I've checked it against what I know of some of the more popular roads and it matches with what I've seen. NOTE, this does not apply to mobile patrols, just speed cameras.
