Run your car ON water?  Already done:

As to perpetual motion machines, I'm not so sure.
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

Here people already taking steps towards this new technology by mixing existing fossil fuel with H2O at the gas station,

thus delivering gross profits to the station staff workers and indirectly aiding the local car shops and spare parts stores !

Man , I love progress !

some guy made a welder that uses water

ohgood

heh, when google crawls the 'user experiences' and starts ranking the page higher and higher, it's going to get quite silly. just use things like '22r' or '3.8 v6' or 'gm drivetrain' and all of a sudden you've got 1 million hits.

people search for terms like those all the time. this guy is steering users to his site hoping to make a million. he probably will, if he hasn't already. we're making fun of his proposed water = fuel site, and he's lounging in Hawaii. ;)

Nice monday morning stuff though. ;)

LOL! Thats better than any online game for entertainment ive ever seen!

A whole website dedicated to paranoid conspirator's. Haha. I love how the whole topic starts with " i wonder if he was killed to keep him silent or..." lol then later a guy quotes him and is like "oh i take that for granted, no doubt"

Haha you could have hours of fun reading that site lol. There is nothing more fun than a good ol conspiracy story and listening to conspirators argue rediculous ideas hehe.

Is this actually real, or is it some kind of big scam :icon_rolleyes:

The description makes it sound so easy.

I don't understand how the government didn't come up with it years ago.

And if his is real, every house could have their own solar powered generator.

It seems too good to be true.

Kas?
I spend hours in there mate. I dont consider myself a CTist but its "interesting" reading all the same. Dulce base is a good topic to search for and read up on, and some of the aledgedly "faked" moon landings-videos are pretty good.......Fill your boots  ;)

This is irrefutable.
Electricity will break water with a light electrolite (baking soda) in it.
18 gms of water will give you 22.4 liters ~ 6 gallons of Hydrogen at STP.
That 1 liter beaker has 1000 grams of water so its good for 55 times 6 gallons of hydrogen.
The question is only - WTF will it do if you squeeze some hydrogen into your gas burning motor.
OK it will want more oxygen and make water (steam - with a pop sound) when given a spark. It is an exothermic reaction. So it will be giving off heat and be hot steam.
That steam can take more heat out of the burning hydrocarbon soup we call gasoline and become superheated steam.
That crap will now be carried out the exhaust and drip on the road.
Here is the question though.
How much heat will it give off. Will it kill the spark, how much electricity will it need to get it into a point where it makes a difference. Will that be worth it. How corrosive will that be ... and how hot you need the motor to have water steam off instead of rust in the thing. And if it will all make enough power to even make a difference or be perceivable as a gas mileage increase. I will however turn off the hydrogen 5 mins before stopping the thing. And not turn it on atleast 5 mins after starting.
Cool.

BUSTED !

They even fed hydrogen directly into a motor, and it worked for a about 10 seconds before it blew.

Don't forget about the other by-product.  Oxygen.

Ahhh the dumbass of the internet. The dude probably got killed by one of his own customers :flipoff:

As far as electrolysis of water to get hydrogen, the dumbass forgot that the power required to turn water into H2 and O2 comes from the alternator, driven by the engine which needs some fuel, which is the gas. THe efficiency loss through the alternator, coupled to the efficiency loss in H2 generation, and the efficiency loss  of burning H2 results in you getting totally shitty milage!!!

H2 sucks a fuel anyways for internal combustion engines, even though the LHV(lower heating value) of it is a much higher than gas, its a gas form so it displaces alot of room in the cylinder, in which typically gas is liquid and takes up little to no room. Remember the best way to make more power is to get more air and more fuel in.

[EDIT] He is not dead, somebody should give him a call and tell him he is a totally idiot. http://www.sanecomputers.com/articles/resume/index.htm [/EDIT]

this guy made his car run on water ( its the same guy that made the h2o welder)

OK then someone better post up here - how do hydrogen cars run ???
All your arguments are all great and 100% logical, except they will never let H2 cars exist.
BTW, we will let in more air by leaning out the mixture. Like run 100 mains and feed in 10psi hydrogen which burns with the extra O2 in the air, heats up all the air and exhaust and it takes heat from the burning gasoline mix (BTW gasoline burns slow slow slow compared to H2 and O2 ... and that super heated steam mix along with the gasoline combustion by products = more power. Remember water injection works on the same principle. Squirt in water and as gas burns water turns into steam, the exhaust gases are lower temperature and hence you lose less there. You lose over 50% of your power in exhaust - heat and pressure ... both = power.
Water injection had one huge pitfall. It was water being squirted into the motor, it will rust and calcify everything. You turn off the water and it will run like crap. Thus running with the water off to get it hot and water burned off was not very practical. Start the water too early and its a disaster there as well. I wonder if stop and go traffic is bad too. Inspite of all this several engines came out with water injection in the 60's and 70's and the idea petered out into a very small window of useability.
This water still has the freezeability of water and many of the problems, but some of the issues have been figured out by breaking it.
BTW yes you could use so much electricity generated in the most inneffecient way there is (alternator to battery to water electrolysis cell) to make H2 that that H2 could be very very costly.
But I am looking for why a H2 car will run, while this sheite will not.
Cool.

Who needs to run your cars/bikes on water?

I have a better plan... i'll help my friend in Nigeria transfer money so that he can save his father's company - he gives me 1/4 of the money - I use that money to buy unlimited gasoline!

The Buddha

I know, my Uncle in Iraq also has the same deal. And he's christian y'know in a land of moslems and you know how they never lie, and the moslem are all against him. But he has the $$ he stole from Saddam and he was after him too. Then good thing saddam was caught by the Murricans, now the Iranian guy is after him. So he has to get his money out before Iranian guy gets it and makes nuclear bombs with that $$. So you're helping America too by helping my uncle.
Cool.
