Im in PC florida right now and there is one for sell for 4900, its a zx1000 and probably my most favorite bike.

i jsut wonder, a bike of that kind of power, at speed  would teh mostly lack of fairing be an issue? i see a partial fairing, but most Über bikes are faired

There are a few bikes of higher power without fairings yama: 
The 910r produces something like 145hp The S4RS isn't terribly far behind, nor is the Tuono or Speed Triple.
These bike's top speed is most definitely drag-limited (or potentially gear-limited) rather than power-limited.
