I thought oil changes were supposed to be easy....

When I took off the oil filter cover a broken stud came with it...meaning I only have 2 of 3 stud now. I finished the oil change and ran it for a few minutes...no leaks, but it makes me nervous still. Are these the same as on a car, only smaller? Do I have to drill it out, hammer in a new stud or is it threaded? Has anyone ever had this issue?

Thanks,
Josh

Thanks man - let me know if you want my old tank and plastics...since you didn't take the new stuff I'll have to welded next week and will cut you a better deal on the old one if I still have it.
