an intresting email i got the other day

i merely posted an email i got. i found it intresting. i thought it would make an intresting post condidering our upcoming election.  and so far everyone has been civil in their posts about it so i don't see a problem with this discussion.

i'd like it to stay that way really. i mean seriously. we're all adults here right? we should be able to discuss things in a civil manner, whether or not we agree with someone. my father told me once that i had to learn to "agree to dissagree". just because 2 people have different views, doesn't make a reason to be all mean and hateful.

shoulda seen what happened when i posted teh same email fwd ( teh racism one) was fine for a few days, tehn members here were wishing bodily harm on me

and so far the racism email posts have been civil as well. i think we've matured as a board!

it took about 2 weeks tho on mine. ( exact same email fwd btw, i even edited teh language out too) hopefully we have matured
