How much?

I have a gs500 2001 with no engine.  Every thing else is there tank has small dent on left side and some road rash on the tail section. 
I have a guy who is interested in purchasing the whole thing.  I want to make a fiar deal with him but have no idea how much that it would be worth. 

Any tips prices etc?
