Apparently the ONLY smart thing this guy has done was buy a good helmet. Of course he wants the co. to give him a new one. Those run about $6-700.
I don't believe he's a paramedic, I wouldn't want the dumb ass treating me.

Bet Anti is right, too. The state paid his medical bill.
