Sounds to me like a new person tried to register with davidgs it said there was a problem so they emailed the admin and the admin reset the password to something the new person asked it to be so he could log in under davidgs. Simple case of mistaken identity for a password change.

Big thing is was it malicious and a scheme to steal money from GS Owners or honest mistake and he sends the parts out for the money he was paid.
