pretty much any 'sportbike' grip will work.  Try ebay, they may be listed as 'GSX-R' or whatever grips but they will work on the GS.

are you looking for an exact oem replacement, or just -any- replacement ?

i've seen grips very similar to what is on my bike hanging on the stealerships wall, but i have no idea if mine are actually stock or not. i've only encountered a few other gs's, and not really paid much attention to the grips.
