Definitely a good feeling knowing someone's getting punished for the crime. As far as not getting his bike back, I'm not sure how he feels. I know I wouldn't mind having a $4800 check to go bike shopping with.

That would be great, always good to see scum criminals getting punished. Especially thieves...they just tick me off the most. Stealing what other people work hard for.   :2guns:  Hopefully I'll get to tag along when he goes shopping for his new bike, take a few test rides?  :)

'02 Honda cbr 600 f4i. So there are definitely some nicer bikes out there. There was an rc51 for sale locally, salvage title though, and it was smashed. But yeah, he will hopefully find a nice bike.

thats good they got one of them and found the stash though..

My 2001 GS500 was totalled Nov 4 2008
Now own 2003 SV1000 and love it!

thats how people get them around here, hunt around the parking lots and throw it in the back of a truck.  Its quick and efficient and a cable lock isn't going to help unless its anchored to something in the ground that can't be cut with bolt cutters.  Hope the fuckers get whats coming to them.

i'm a little skeptical of alarms. really. think about it. how many times have you been in walmart(or anywhere else) parking lot and heard a car alarm go off? i can't count. and you know what happens? nothing. people just go on about their business. they don't care.

exactly, and if you happen to work in a big concrete building like the one i do and the moto parking is way in the back of the lot do you think you will hear it?

That's true, most people wouldn't even do anything. But hopefully the criminal would get scared if there were a lot of people around. Or you heard it by chance and ran out with your gun!  :2guns:
