Okay, so I have one GS already but recently found on for sale that is a good deal. Usually when I pick up bikes I bring a trailer and bring them home that way. I currently don't have any motorcycle insurance. Is there any way I can legally ride the bike home? I think it will have the plates on it from the person I buy it from. Can I get coverage for the day or anything. I know when I've rented bikes in the past I have gotten covered for the day. Let me know please. I don't want to get in trouble if I get pulled over.

Also, the bike is pretty inexpensive compared to the last one I bought. Is there anything I should be watchful of?

Just call your insurance company and tell them to insure the bike.  If you really only want it for the day, then cancel the policy and the balance will be applied to your car policy...assuming you have auto insurance.

Yea I have auto insurance, I am not sure they do motorcycles though. Also, I'm in college and the policy is under my parents still. I guess I have to figure that out. The bike is also out of inspection.
