The 96 GS uses dual element bulbs in front, I assume that's true across the board.  One element is for the running lights, the other, brighter element serves as the turn signal flasher.  So, if you're going to replace them you want a dual element replacement.

There will be three wires coming from the turn signal:

A common ground

Flasher filament wire

Running filament wire

Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

It looks like they have the same bullet connector on the wire ends, so I think so.  As long as they fit your fairings, that is!

Worst case, you might have to cut the connectors off and use a crimp terminal or a solder terminal to connect the wires.  On the E's, there's plenty of wire stuffed in there for that.

Well that's weird!  My 96 had dual filament bulbs.

Sounds like you should take off a front turn signal cover, pull out the bulb and count the filaments.

GS doesn't have running lights. They should all be single filament bulbs. The signals you need are 2 wires.power and a ground.
PICS are GONE never TO return.
