clutchless upshifting

I dont have a problem going up or down without the clutch. But I tend to ride them pretty hard. Maybe thats the trick.

I upshift clutchless about half the time, never downshift clutchless though.
All the racer guys in my family never used the clutch in their cars when upshifting anything from Mitsubishis to Ferraris, on street or track. I pretty much always used the clutch in cars, though upshifting in the higher gears was easy (my old mini truck came with iffy synchros so it only liked higher gears).
The bike doesn't mind upshifting, but one does need to get the timing and throttle just right as noted above so you get that seamless silky feel, and no bumps.

Those of you that come to the gap rally can get a demonstration of how smooth my clutchless upshifting and downshifting can be...as I leave you clutching dudes in my dust.  :icon_twisted:

Well i found it pretty easy to do and actually i relized i been doing it sometime by accident when im flying thru the gears and i never noticed.
