Ok. I rattle can my bike flat bike. I really like the look. I want it to keep that dull flat finish but would also like to protect the paint.

I was told that if I put a normal clear coat on it it will look more glossy. I saw that they also sell a matte clear.

Would the matte clear make the flate glossy also?

Depends on how dull you want it.  Really, Rat-bike dull... you could go with the matte.  I've found that a satin and matte clear don't make much difference sprayed on flat colors anyway.

Did you just paint the tank and plastics? Or did you paint the frame and swing arm as well?

How did you prep the swing arm and wheels? Did you use paint stripper? Or did you just sand?
