67.5 Secondary mains on 01+ 34mm carbs installed

I installed the 67.5 secondary main jets today and they really richened up the bottom end, so I dropped the needles all the way to the last clip (89-00 Dynojet needles from kit#3128) and worked from there.  It started out pretty lean, but not too lean, and the flat spot at 5000-6500 RPMs was gone.  I worked the fuel screws out to four turns from bottom and it was perfect up to 9000 RPMs but then was a little lean.  I moved the needles up one clip from the top and turned the screws out three turns from bottom and CHA CHING, it's money.  This is with 147.5 mains, stock pilots, UNI pod filters, ignition advancer, and a V&H pipe on a 2001.  It rips from idle to redline in every gear without a hiccup.  The people around here must have thought I was nuts when I was testing it out.

It is so loud that I think I'll need ear plugs when I'm riding it.  Stage 1 with the Vance and Hines isn't too bad, stage three with the Uni's and the 34mm carbs is wicked.   It's awesome to have it pulling in the mid range instead of leaning out too; it's so much quicker out of corners.  I went for the same setup as Bob Broussards rat bike, but he's running the 33mm Mikuni's and a Yosh pipe.
