You can do a wheelie on anything.  You just have to get the weight right.  Scooch your butt back, rev it to 6K and drop the clutch.  It'll come up.

I have a 1969 Honda 175 scrambler that has knobbies and turn signals.  The bike makes maybe 15 horsepower and weighs about 400 lbs.  It can pull a wheelie no problem.
