tachometer help

hi, i was just wondering how one would go about taking apart the tachometer, mine has some fog on the glass that i want to clean but i cant find a way to take the back off.

You have to cut it open, all around the plastic w/a dremel or something then glue/tape it back together... its not as bad as it sounds 

It doesnt have to be pretty.. like cutting the top off a pumpkin
