The Apocolypse draws nigh...............

"They" (the ones that are chauffered around by limo and air and wear 150-$300 haircuts and alligator shoes and $1000 suits each day) think I should sell my SUV, buy a mini-car..........so how then could I pull my boat? Oh, I know. I need to sell it or dock it near the water for $300 or more a month. Oh, here's another idea.........I could buy a little canoe and strap it atop my tiny hybrid and cram my family in it and just use oars or even a car battery powered "electric motor".

"Peak Oil" has come to the plateau and we are going to go into a descent soon. There are some bad times coming in the next 5 years or so. Bad times with all kinds of excuses. We the People will be the ones to suffer. "They" will not. Laugh if you will.

if one word could define america and its culture it would be fear.  that is what sells newspapers, television, gets politician elected and moves the country.  why then is it the #1 country in the world for persons in prison.  why do we spend so much money on defense and policing.  america is not free it is afraid.

and..................we most surely so have a great reason to be afraid..............this country is headed toward 3rd world. It's all around us. The television, radio, newspapers, bestsellers, billboards, and Hollywood prepare us for it. And the sheeple expect Mommie and Daddy Government to "take of them" and "make everything alright". Oh yeah................"they" are gonna take of you my friend....
The citizenry has become such sheeple ...........willing and ready to be taken to the slaughterhouse. A buddy of mine the other day told me..........."ya know, I swear if most of the people today were told that they need to line up and get a red hot poker up the ass to make things better, they'd do it. I'm very inclined to agree with him.
