R. Wheel Bearing Part#'s

Gonna be swappiong out all (3?) of the rear wheel bearings on my 1995 GS500E

Does anyone have the Bearing Part# and or Sizes handy?

Gonna try and go to my local Bearing House and try to get them cheaper than Stealership Part Prices.

What should I expect to pay for these?

Front wheel uses 2 of 6302 2RS (15x42x13)
Rear wheel uses 2 of 6303 2RS  (17x47x14)
Hub out-rigger    1 of 6305 2RS  (25x62x17)

That 6305 will cost ya plenty ... if you dont have to swap them you're good. Check and see.
The rest are likely to ding you $6-8 a pop. I have some nice new SKF I'll gladly send you for $8 each if you cant get it at your local hangout.

I got a full set of replacement from ebay for $20 shipped.That's all 3 rears and both fronts.

Oooo I should try ebaying them. I just have a set of the center ones which I bought for the seca, and its problem turned out to be somehting else ... happen to be same as GS. Maybe I should've ebayed that, but it had a 68/22 cush carrier bearing ... anyway ...

Now Now Gentleman no Sparring here, LOL...

I have a local Bearing Supply house, now that I have the numbers I'll check and see what their prices are.

They all need to be changed, like a bone head while drilling out a snapped disc carrier bolt I forgot to protect the bearings and there are metal shavings everywhere. I could probably take them out, pop off the sealed end cap, clean and re-pack with grease, but I'd always be wondering if they were truly right. With the wheels currently off it will be a snap (I hope) to bang them out bring them, along with the part#'s down to the Bearing Supply and get a new set, I'll have enough to worry about during this project than to have yet another variable when it all goes back together.

I was being serious, I tend to run to my local bearing supply store, usually the 1-2 that I buy seems to work better.
