Forks - Inner Tubes Replacement

I have new tubes and want to replace bent ones on GS500F 2004.  Recently, I've seen several topics with instructions and info about some damper tool, but now I cannot find them.  Could you give guidelines how to replace fork tubes?  At least, how to start...

You might want to look around in the Fork seal replacement threads.

That type of work involves removing the inner fork tubes.
