I placed an order from http://www.swmototires.com for 2 tires on June 9th. Its now July 2nd and they haven't arrived. I was on vacation until the 30th and upon returning and not seeing the tires, I e-mailed SWMoto to see if they could give me the tracking number so I could see what was going on. No response. They've taken down their phone number too so I can't call.

Is this the end for them? What the hell guys?

Well, that's interesting....

Did they bill you or provide any document stating that your tires shipped?
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

They explain the removal of their phone number on their site, online ordering seems to be business as uaual without the phone.  Seems they want a written record of what is ordered:

First check if you were billed, they bill when shipped.  Tires could be lost in transit.  Was someone there to recieve the shipment while you were away?

This company did a great job for me!  Ordered on a Sunday night and had my tires first thing Thursday morning.   :thumb:

Thanks UBS!
Same price as SWMoto basically. Placed an order and now just going to hope SWMoto doesn't charge anything. I will send another email saying they should cancel my order (like that will matter)

I actually gave that site a plug when I got the tires in.  Several other members commented that they had a good experience with them as well.  Order tracking was pretty sweet.  I actually got up in the morning, refreshed the status page I already had up and it was showing they had been delivered.  I walked to the back door (where I had requested they be placed) and there they were.  Cool. Hope it works as well for you!
