omg jetting advice

SO my 04 seems to run just ok throttle is not crisp when cracked open it seems to lag.
these are my issues.
1. when warming up with chock fully on the bike will pop from the carbs and very few times I will shut off after warming up and I get a loud as pop but that is rare.
2.When I crack open the throttle at any rpm it will lag(cable has been adjusted along with the chain)
3. when I release the throttle from high RPMs its seems to be useless and dead and it will jerk me forward  more than downshifting does.
cgeck my sig for my setup and Im unsure of how many turns out or the float hight should I check/adjust the float hight and turn the mixture screw out to a specific number first. I know I have asked this many times so one more

Uni pods are maybe 1-2 sizes less than K&N.
BTW I never fully understood how you do +2 on pilots, +2 on mids with pods anyway. I am going to run a 04+ carb pack on an older GS one of thse days and know for sure.

I used someone elses jetting sizes as a start and when alpha added a K&N lunch box those are what he used. do I need to go up on the jets or down
