Hello guys.

Some time ago I replaced the OEM springs with Sonic Springs, the easy way (with out changing the oil)

After cutting the spacers I installed the springs an noticed this!

The combo Spring + Spacer on the right it is higher!! (the spacer on the right is already 1-2mm shorter than the one on the left)

1) Any thoughts?

2) What about driveability issues?

! of your springs or spacers is loner than the other.I would correct it before riding.

Is it possible the right spring might be longer???  :icon_confused:

If I remember correctly when I installed the springs and saw the problem, I measured them, and they were pretty the same length.

It depends on how anal you are. If you really have to have it perfect then absolutely, but in reality thats not going to make that much of a difference, for surely not a rideability issue.

Agreed
You wont notice a thing and it wont have the slightest effect on the bike. Springs are not precision parts and are manufactured with Barndoor tolerances, you might have one on the upper limit and one on the lower limit.....but its nothing to loose sleep over. I would be more concerned about the oil condition and the quantities in each leg, any significant differences between them would have much more of an effect than a couple of mm in the overall length of the spring/spacer.

I have to have everything spot on.
