What size are the carberator top O rings? (carb problems)

Last week, when i installed my dynojet kit, i lost my two small O rings under the carberator top during installation. Well anyways, i didnt think much of it at the time (cus im a noob), and reassembled the carbs without the carberator top O rings. That is until i started to test my bike, and discovered that the bike sputters and surges between 1/4 throttle and full throttle. Now, ive read around and ppl have been saying that the O rings are really important to prevent vacuum leaks. Could the absence of these o rings cause a vacuum leak strong enough to create erratic diaphram movement?

anyone know the size and specification of the O rings under the carberator top? (diaphragm housing) There is a carberator specialty store near my house, and the guy will only sell me some if i can tell him the exact specifications of the O ring.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I just wanna ride again......... :(

I have my carbs off and can take pics and measure it with a digital caliper if that will help?  What kind of dimensions does this guy need?

If all else fails can he cross reference a bike bandit part number (481680-001) or part number 42 on the suzuki carberator micro fiche.

I'll do my best to get pics up once I get home in the AM!

Not a clue what size ... however I have some that will work. Yours for $2 and $2 shipping. I also have a whole 4 pairs of O ring pack with this in it for $10 and $2 shipping.
In a pinch, you can punch out round dot types with a paper punch off an inner tube and put it on there and cinch the top on it. It wont let you use vacuum to synch the carbs, but it will not let air in and it will work well.
Cool.

What I did was remove the old O rings and took them to a real hardware store and got all of the O-rings for between .25 to .75 each. -- Best of luck JIm :)

So I took pics but I can't find my camera cable to up load them to my comp so I'll just let you know the dimensions.  Hope this helps

All these dimensions are approximations

1.21mm thick
2.25mm Inner Diameter
5.64mm Outer Diameter

I'll try and find that cable and get images posted ASAP.  Let me know if there is anything else I might be able to do to help.
