This is my GS500 Clock.

I bought it online from http://www.clockabout.com.au. It is waterproof and glows in the dark.
I mounted it to a piece of black acrylic that I profiled to fit between the rear of the speedo and taco. Weatherproof double sided tape was used to mount the clock to the acrylic which in turn is screwed onto the rear of the instrument cluster.

It works very well and there are many more specific bike clocks available from the clockabout website.

that looks great and flows because it is Analog.

looks great - nice match w the other gauges. I put an old analogue wristwatch on the crossbar - put some foam around the bar then strapped the watch on using the normal wriststrap. waterproof and glows in the dark too!

That is a very clean install! Flows very well with the lines of the gauges, and your right it syncs up nice being analog. Couldnt come at a better time I was going to tackle this add on this weekend, now I know what to look for!

Thanks everyone, glad you like it.  :)

Very nice!  It looks like it's supposed to be there.

BUT!  Why on EARTH do you want to know what time it is when you're riding.  Here's the only thing you need to know:

Sun above horizon:  Time to ride.

Sun just passing zenith:  Lunch time.

Sun just setting:  Time to plot a course home or find a hotel.

Moon just passing zenith:  Estimated time of arrival back home.

Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

Not really, I was just jealous of my husband's fancy electronic clock, thermometer, trip meter, gear indicator etc. on his F800.
In the end I prefer mine. It' s more elegant.

Bravo! A very nice and visually correct addition to your GS.    :thumb:
