Okay guys, I got bored today so I decided to take apart the Gs. After removing the tank (and the gas from inside).. I found this
I can't believe when the previous owner repainted the bike, He had the inside part painted... :icon_twisted:

Secondly, Does any know why there is a random hose under the seat that's not connect to anything?

And this one over the air box?

Thanks guys.. Could some give a me a link to get a dual head light for the front?

The inside may be coated ... not painted. However I have done coat jobs where it looks so smooth that you may mistake it for paint. If the underlying metal isn't too seriously pitted, it can look smooth as glass.
Cool.

Aren't paint chips inside the gas tank horrible for the engine?

I am using a Hella Angel Eyes Headlight Kit for my dual set up, they can be seen and bought at this link.

They have a nice Halo Effect that is similar to the stock headlights on some BMWs, they fit between the stock headlight bracket easing installation and look pretty cool IMHO

Here they are mocked to my project bike

The GS Wiki Site shows how ti wire them up and has links to purchase them as well as some other dual headlight set ups.

And that random rubber hose looks like the battery breather hose I think, which should route down the side of the battery box out the swingarm near the shock and other overflow lines.

Fry.. I like your headlights. Very cool halos. However I'm looking for a dual set that is slightly larger like this triumph

the other hose is probably your carb vent.

The hose over the plastic fender well is the battery breather hose and should come out just behind the right side of the engine. The second hose over the air box is the atmospheric vent for the carb bowls.  :thumb:
