Long time lurker, first time poster...

I bought an 07 F for MSRP   :icon_rolleyes: in May. As of today, I have about 2200 miles on it. I have a 25 mile one way commute, and wanted to save gas, and I ended up on the GS. My stepdad and mother both ride Harleys. My dad used to have a Suzuki GS450. Uncle rides a chopper. So it's a motorcycle family...I took the MSF 4 years ago and rode the Harleys every now and then....but this is my first bike.

Here's a few pics, pics are too big to post, so they're linked:

My new seatbag I bought from Axio-USA:

So far the only mods are: blacked out windshield, tank/gas cap protector, Silverstar headlight bulb, and removed the rear turn signals. My integrated taillight is on it's way...

I'm very undecided on what to do next on the bike, so any suggestions are welcome. I really ought to upgrade the suspension, as I weigh about 260 lbs. I'm also 6'4", so anything that could make me more comfortable on the bike is welcome as well. I've heard changing to gixxer pegs drops the height down a half an inch, which could help a lot...

nice   :thumb:i i like the blacked out screen. it makes it look pretty sharp with that color scheme. for starters if you like to really ride your bike you should think about your suspension and lets not for get the stock and extra hard compound tires. if you look around you will be able to find some decent tires not the greatest because of the size but good for pretty cheap.
