Brake lever should be fine from Bandit, IIRC. Somewhere around here there's a whole list of models that have interchangeable brake levers with the GS500. Including the Bandit & SV650.

HOWEVER, the clutch lever is not interchangeable with anything due to the clutch perch Suzuki used on the GS500. You would need to replace the clutch perch with one from an SV650, Honda F4i, or several others. Then you could use whatever clutch levers are compatible with your new perch.

Check out the brake lever & clutch lever replacement videos in the sticky above for a few more details.

It seems it has become necessary to qualify my posts:

This may help. It is in no way complete, but gives many.

The cheap Chinese levers are not adidasguy approved. I tried some. They took some filing to get them to work smoothly. Adjusters never worked as well or as smooth and easy. Instead, I go for LSL at $125 per lever and never regret it. Or ASV but that requires changing the perch for the clutch. Only LSL makes a compatible and adjustable clutch lever for the GS500.

Report back how well they work.

Give feedback on the quality of the lever you buy.
I found the cheaper ones have an adjuster that is metal to metal. Not easy to adjust without pushing the lever out to take pressure off of the adjuster.
The expensive ones have a ball bearing roller at the adjuster. That makes for smooth adjusting anytime you want it.

Replacing the clutch perch on the GS is pretty easy, and not exactly a bad idea. Different perch/lever combos can adjust the pull force and throw of the clutch. I know for a fact that a GSX-R 600 lever/perch from 06 works just fine.

Bandit levers work on the GS500, currently have one on mine, also work for the Intruder 250 as well.
