well consider the ghey theme, the ghey music, the bad clothes and haircuts i would say they are armenianish immigrants in some western country who think they a just too kewl.   i mean mopeds? guy on guy action?  bad 90's haircuts,  those clothes...straight out of the salvation army.  i can see this clip being plenty popular on the big screens at ghey clubs
