One mod to go......

A Yosh exhaust will be my last mod to my "F".

I had many things planned for it. I hoped I could make my "F" a light tourer. I added to SW Motech bar risers with hope that they would ease the pain in my shoulders and neck, making my bike more suitable for longer rides. I went on a 100 mile ride the other day and was in lots of pain after I returned.

I was crushed in 1988 in a mine roof fall which broke my spine in 3 places, so I think maybe the pains in my neck and shoulders could be related to those injuries.

I really like my "F". It's fine as a commuter bike for me. I had my heart set on investing in some hard luggage and mounts, but after seeing my bike still isn't very "long distance friendly" I'm thinking I'll stop with the Yosh exhaust. I know I've not modded my bike to the extent that some of you have done, but the mods I have done, have made it much more reliable, and comfortable for me to ride, even though I'm limited to using it around town.

This site has been very helpful to me, so I want to say THANKS! to all you great folks here, and the info you post!
