How do i change bar ends?

So i lost one bar end and need a replacement i bought lockhart phillips flush ends but they dont fit. the screw was to big stock was 6mm.  ive read in other posts about hollow and non hollow bars im assuming mine are non because i cant get whatevers in the bar out. does any one recommend a brand or how to remove the objects in the bar?

You can drill out the threaded insert and use rubber expanding bar ends. Or you can look on ebay for a set that screw into the stock inserts.
