I'm a newbie rider/owner. I read the Clymer manual on my 1994 GS500, but it shows removing screws from the back to remove the front face. But on mine I DON'T have screws, I simply pop the front face off - so no big deal. Then I'm supposed to push and twist the bulb off (like most automotive bulb sockets). However, I don't have enough room in the turn signal housing to do this. I can use pliers but i thought I'd ask what an alternative way would be. TY

I should've DONE b4 asking - I did try the (long bent nose) pliers method and it worked. This is the very first bike I've owned so I'm still stepping on eggshells for some of the maintenance procedures, even the seemingly simple ones. TY.

Since no one else has yet,...

Welcome to the board.  Sometimes those things are tricky.

My aftermarket ones have 1 screw and the whole case comes off and the bulb is right there.  Good job figuring it out tho.   :2guns:
I love it when a plan comes together.
